Barb Pivec, Partner
For more than 25 years, Barb has actively served as a leading consultant in the mid-Atlantic region, managing some of the most sensitive and difficult sites for the nation’s largest carriers. As the owner of Atlantic Site Acquisition, Barb provided expert tasking in every aspect of the tower development process; she has gained recognition for her ability to:
- research and problem solve difficult sites and site selections
- oversee leasing, zoning, and permitting processes
- handle regulatory approvals all the way through construction
Her knowledge in the tower development industry is exceptional, in part because of the strong personal and professional relationships she has developed throughout her career and her promise to over-perform every time.
George S. Rich, Partner
George S. Rich is managing partner of GRI Fund, L.P., an investment partnership specializing in growth capital and leveraged investments in consumer, business, and telecommunication services. From 1992 to 2002, Mr. Rich was a founder and managing director of Armata Merchant Partners LLC, a private merchant bank. Prior to forming Armata, Mr. Rich was a Managing Director with Alex. Brown & Sons Incorporated. Prior to Alex Brown, Mr. Rich was an investment banker at Salomon Brothers in New York from 1974 to 1977.
Mr. Rich currently serves on the Board of Directors of Fury Management, Inc., American Messaging, Inc., Salsaritas Restaurant, Inc., Medical Records Associates, Inc., LeaseAccelerator, Inc., 6th Street Inc., (Parent to SalesWarp) and Captel, Inc. Mr. Rich served as an Advisory Director at Texas Roadhouse Holdings, Inc. from 1996 until 2004. Mr. Rich continues to serve as President of Texas Roadhouse’s Employee Foundation, Andy’s Outreach. Mr. Rich has served as a director of seven additional companies in consumer services, manufacturing, and media services.
Mr. Rich graduated from Hobart College in Geneva, New York with a BA in 1970 and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with an MBA in 1974.
Sandra Early, Operations
Sandra Early oversees financial and operational administration for Calvert Crossland. She brings a deep expertise in bookkeeping and has run her own successful office support business since 2002. Her diverse client list includes an engineering firm and multiple business coalitions that regularly involve her in the complexities of zoning and permitting. Her experience complements our industry and team extremely well.
